World Student Day Celebration at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow

The Primary Wing of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow celebrated World Student Day on October 15th, honouring the birth anniversary of
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India and esteemed scientist. This year, teachers presented a lively skit in the morning assembly, showcasing an incident from Dr. Kalam’s life where he expressed gratitude to his teacher and learned an important life lesson.

The students also watched a video featuring Sunita Williams during her time in space, highlighting her experiences and challenges while aboard the International Space Station. The students reflected on the key lessons they learned from the life-threatening experiences of Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore.

The World Student Day celebration was a resounding success, fostering a sense of community and pride among students. The event not only celebrated the student body but also instilled values of determination and service, echoing Dr. Kalam’s legacy.

Dr. Kalam’s inspiring message was conveyed to the students: “Each of us is born with a divine spark. Our goal should be to nurture this spark and illuminate the world with its goodness.”

The assembly concluded with Dr. Sangram from PGI leading the students in a Traffic Safety oath, emphasizing the importance of understanding traffic rules and staying safe on the roads.
