There can be no greater cause for happiness than giving back to others and our planet. Today was one such morning when about a hundred children along with teachers headed to a residential society in Ansal Golf City- Santushti Enclave 2. With great enthusiasm, the students planted 300 saplings of diverse trees , including Neem, Peepal, Pakar, Gulmohar, Kadam, Manokamini, Aawla, Bel, Kaner, Ashok, Bargad, Harsingar, Hibiscus, and Chandani. These found a lovely new home in this society in the compound where a temple is being constructed. The plantation initiative was kickstarted by the Principal, Mrs. Poonam Kochitty, who planted Aawla, Harsingar, and Bel trees adjacent to the upcoming temple. The residents of the complex joined in in large numbers, many of whom are our parents. They were extremely delighted and grateful to the school for planting over 300 trees in the premises. The involvement of the parents of our students, demonstrated a wonderful sense of unity and shared responsibility. This event was not merely a plantation drive; it was a celebration of togetherness, environmental consciousness, and education. The parents residents and students pledged to protect these saplings. This reflects a collective commitment to a greener, more sustainable future for our community.
