Our school recently hosted a book fair by “Learning Tree Books” which created a delightful and educational experience for students and staff members. The primary goal of this book fair was to promote a love for reading and encourage literacy among students. There was a wide range of books, including fiction, non-fiction, and other educational material to cater to various reading preferences and age groups. 

Day 1 (Browsing) –  Our Senior block Vice Principal, Mr. Pankaj Rathore along with the Headmistress Ms. Shilpi Agarwal, inaugurated the book fair by ceremoniously cutting the ribbon in the open to sky area of new building. This symbolic gesture marked the beginning of an exciting opportunity for students and visitors to browse a wide array of books. Students from Class I – XII browsed for the books as per their interest in literature.

Day 2 (PTM) – Our Primary block Vice Principal, Ms. Monika Taneja Manaktala, inaugurated the Book fair in the Reception area of the Foundation building. The act of cutting the ribbon signified the opening of sale of books and the start of a wonderful journey into the world of literature for all the attendees.

The book fair received an overwhelming response from the students and parents. It provided a platform for students to browse and select books according to their interests. Many parents also participated, recognizing the importance of cultivating a reading culture in their children.

We intend to continue hosting such events to promote the joy of reading and further enrich the knowledge and imagination of our students.
