“The best part of life’s journey is those moments of reunion when hearts meet and celebrate together.” Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow, reached a significant milestone on 5th October 2024, hosting its inaugural Townhall—Rendezvous, a vibrant convergence of innovation, vision, and celebration. Although this was the first time the Lucknow school hosted the event, it marked the 5th Townhall of the organization since its commencement in 2019.
The program began with the solemn lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Chairman Mr. Shishir Jaipuria, Principal Ms. Poonam Kochitty, and other distinguished guests, symbolizing the dawn of a bright and prosperous future. This was followed by a soulful prayer dance dedicated to Goddess Durga, invoking blessings of strength and wisdom. The resonant notes of the Jaipuria Anthem further set the tone of unity and purpose.
A key highlight of the event was the much-awaited opening address by Principal Ms. Poonam Kochitty. She welcomed everyone with warmth and grace before Mr. Harish Sandhuja, Director of Schools, and Director of HR, IT, and Research, took the stage to eloquently outline the Jaipurian Vision for a Happy Workplace. His speech, filled with insight, emphasized leadership, harmony, and innovation as essential to cultivating a thriving environment.
The spirit of Navratri’s devotion extended into the inauguration of the Jaipuria Ethos, a ceremony celebrating the institution’s core values, which serve as a guiding light for its journey forward. In the true spirit of recognizing dedication and excellence, the school honored its faculty and staff with the Long Service Award for their untiring commitment. The academic achievers who brought pride to the institution were also acknowledged with the Outstanding Academic Results award.
Recognition continued with the Outstanding Contribution Awards for Activity & Sports Teachers, celebrating teachers who went above and beyond in academics, activities, and sports. Meanwhile, the Special Recognition Award for Non-Teaching staff celebrated the often unseen, yet essential, contributions that keep the school running smoothly.
Chairman Mr. Shishir Jaipuria’s message highlighted the school’s legacy and commitment to progress. This was followed by an engaging Q&A session with the Principal and Management, fostering a collaborative exchange of ideas for the school’s future.
In keeping with the festive spirit of Navratri, the day was enlivened by cultural performances from Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur, Little One, Kanpur, and Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow. Each performance, steeped in creativity and talent, added color and joy to the celebration. The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks and a delightful lunch, leaving everyone feeling inspired and connected.
