We aim to expose students to a diverse array of careers, fostering an awareness of emerging industries and the skills required to thrive in them. Through collaborations with industry experts, internships, and exposure to real-world scenarios, we seek to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application.
Furthermore, we envision a proactive and continuous engagement with students throughout their academic journey. Regular assessments, counseling sessions, and workshops are integrated into the curriculum, ensuring that career guidance is not a one-time event but a continuous dialogue that evolves with the students’ growth.
We aim to instill in students a sense of purpose, resilience, and adaptability, equipping them not just for a job but for a lifelong journey of learning and self-discovery.
Ultimately, we envision career counseling to be a beacon that lights the path towards a future where each student finds not just a career but a calling, contributing meaningfully to society and finding fulfillment in their chosen endeavors.
Ms. Nishi Khosla

Ms. Nishi is a highly skilled and certified career counselor, boasting nearly 18 years of experience within the education sector. Her proficiency extends to leadership and managerial roles, team coaching and mentoring, and providing invaluable guidance to students.
Currently positioned as a Career Counselor at Seth A.R. Jaipuria School in Lucknow, Ms. Nishi delivers comprehensive counseling services to students in grades 9 to 12. Her responsibilities encompass aiding them in profile building, stream selection, course choices, and campus selection. Nishi also navigates students through the application process for overseas universities. Beyond counseling, her contributions include conducting assemblies, stepping in for classes, and orchestrating career fairs, events, and webinars.
In her prior role as Head of Outreach at ICS in Lucknow, Nishi spearheaded successful outreach and business development endeavors. She cultivated robust relationships with school leaders and championed student counseling programs through diverse promotional activities.
As Branch Manager at Scholastic India Pvt Ltd., Ms. Nishi managed sales and marketing activities in the Northern Territory, overseeing a team of over 20 professionals. Her outstanding leadership skills ensured consistent achievement of sales targets while facilitating seamless communication between the head office and the branch.
Ms. Nishi’s diverse experience encompasses roles such as Branch Head at PCL, the finishing school, a Grammar Trainer at the Global Centre of Languages, conducting grammar and personality development classes.
With a background in interior design, she served as a Senior Designer at Aakar Interiors, handling projects for esteemed clients like Reliance Web World, Bank of India, and the Office of the Vice Chancellor of U.P.T.U.
Ms. Nishi’s dedication to education is evident through her five years of teaching experience at reputable schools such as Wendy’s Kanpur, Riverside Academy, and Study Hall, Lucknow
Holdings include a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Counseling and Guidance, a Diploma in Interior Design and Display, and a bachelor’s degree in arts, with an academic foundation established at Methodist High School and St. Mary’s Convent in Kanpur. With her diverse skill set, extensive experience, and commitment to guiding individuals toward fulfilling career paths, she stands as a highly sought-after career counselor. A distinguished alumna of institutions like St. Mary’s Convent Lucknow and Loreto Convent Lucknow, Mrs. Kochitty’s academic brilliance shines through her remarkable achievements as a top-performer in both graduate and postgraduate levels, earning her prestigious UP State merit holder titles.
Beyond her academic accolades, Mrs. Kochitty is a versatile personality. Not only does she exude charisma as a Principal, but she also serves as a dedicated teacher trainer under the esteemed STTAR academy and as a CBSE trainer. Her expertise spans diverse domains, from conducting workshops on Life Skills, Value Education, Health, and Wellness to fostering Gender Sensitivity among educators and students. She has a keen interest in Early Childhood Education and has conducted several trainings for Pre-Primary teachers.
