REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND RULESCBSE school admission

• Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the School Office before the end of the Registration period.
• Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed / accepted.
• Dates for test / interviews / interaction will be given at the time of registration. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the interview.
• Mere issue of form or registration does not confirm admission which is subject to Admission Test / interviews / interaction and also to the availability of seats.
• Photo copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority must accompany the Registration Form for classes Nursery & Prep. Photocopy of report card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form for Classes I & above.
• Admission to Pre-Nursery requires a child to be aged between 3 to 4 years, 4-5 years for Nursery and 5-6 for KG on 1st April and of the academic session. Age specifications must be clearly stated on the forms. Requests for age criterion relaxation will not be entertained.

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURESchool admission process

• Entrance Tests / Interviews :
  • a) Written tests are mandatory for admission to Classes KG and above.
  • b) Admission is granted based on the written test results and interviews.
• Admission Formalities :
  • a) Successful candidates listed must pay fees by the indicated dates, displayed on the School Notice Board, to avoid automatic cancellation of admission.
  • b) Original birth certificates issued by the Municipal Corporation or local bodies, along with certified photocopies, are required for Pre-Nursery, Nursery and KG. Transfer Certificates are required for Class I and above. For Class I and above, Transfer Certificates must be countersigned by the concerned State Education Authority in case of interstate transfers.
  • c) Identity cards will be issued only after completion of the registration formalities.
  • d) Students must report on the first day in complete school uniform, with prescribed books and stationery (available at the books and uniform shop in the school premises).

 

WITHDRAWAL RULESAdmission form

• Withdrawal requests must be made using the prescribed proforma available in the school office, and no child is withdrawn until a written request from parents is submitted
• A one-month notice period or payment of one-month notice fee is required for withdrawal.
• Clearance from the laboratory and library in-charge is mandatory before applying for withdrawal.
• Transfer Certificates will be issued 15 days after receiving the application and clearing all dues and procedures.
• Those wishing to withdraw their wards in the following session must inform through a mail latest by 25th February each year, failing which one month fee will be charged.

 

BUS RULESBest Transportation school in lucknow

• Requests for transport usage must be made at the beginning of the session, i.e., in April.
• Existing routes will continue, and changes will only be entertained with valid reasons such as change of address, with one month’s prior notice.
• Parents are solely responsible for escorting pupils to and from fixed bus stops. Bus usage is at the sole risk and responsibility of parents.
• Suggestions or complaints regarding buses should be reported to the transport in-charge, and parents are expected to treat bus staff kindly.

MEDICAL FACILITYSchool medical facilities

• The school has a well-equipped dispensary for emergencies and provides first-aid facilities only.
• The school cannot be held responsible for injuries suffered by a child, and no reimbursement will be made towards medical treatment.
• The school has two in-house trained nurses and a tie-up with a nearby hospital.

 

PROCEDURE FOR FEE PAYMENTJaipuria School Lucknow

• At the time of admission, fees is paid through online mode or by demand draft only at the school office.
• Fees is due in advance every three months and must be paid before the 20th of the first month.
• Fees once paid is non-refundable, unless specified otherwise. Cheques should be drawn in favor of SETH ANANDRAM JAIPURIA SCHOOL, LUCKNOW, payable at local banks.
• In case of dishonored cheques, parents are liable to pay Rs 500/- as bank charges. A late fee of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged till the date the fee is paid.
• If the child’s fee is not paid for two successive quarters the name will be struck off from the rolls and the child will not be permitted to attend the classes until all dues are cleared.
• Only tuition fees and security amounts will be refunded in case of withdrawal before the session starts. After 1st April, only the security amount will be refunded.
